Split Screen game progress

Just a simple game prototype of a split-screen couch multiplayer game. Made using LibGDX, and trying out the new gdx-ai StateMachine stuff.

  2. Sorry, hit enter a bit too quick. Trigger-happy is my middle name. I am just interested if you used (in the render)
    glViewport(0,0,halfhW,H)
    cameraStuff()
    glViewport(halfhW,0,halfhW,H)
    otherCameraStuff()

    in your methodology. Or, do you have some clever way of swithing viewPorts?

  3. Nope, that’s basically the way I was doing it for that project. The following bit of code I’d do once for each player (with different X,Y positions obviously):
    Gdx.gl.glEnable(GL20.GL_SCISSOR_TEST);
    Gdx.gl.glScissor(0, h / 2, w / 2, h / 2);
    Gdx.gl.glViewport(0, h / 2, w / 2, h / 2 );
    // Camera moved to current player's position.
    // Render scene and player's HUD
