iMac screen weirdness
A couple of weeks ago I’ve noticed some strange streaks on my iMac’s screen. It’s not ridiculously annoying, but it’s noticeable when displaying something bright, like a white web page.
That photo was taken with the computer off, with a desk light shining on it, and using the camera’s flash.
Seems like a lot of other people are having the exact same problems on the Apple Support Boards.
Like many people have suggested, hopefully it turns out to just be dirt or something behind the glass panel.

Yep! it was just that – dirt behind the glass. Using a small suction cup made removing the glass panel a piece of cake.
